Agile is used for many reasons :
- accelerate the development of projects by finishing small parts or protoypes of the project
- this mind set has +ve impact on people using it via developing skills, make them flexible and adaptable to changes in the requirements
- it is collaborative by nature method with grantee win to win relation between the developer and the customer
- people using Agile are disciplined and focused they know the outcome and objective of they are doing
- it is used to avoid cancellation and failure of software projects
- it helps to avoid deadline crash
- it cares about the problem of the poor interface that most developers face due to leak of time via organizing time and have time for every thing … now the functionality is not as important as the interface so Agile makes sure that the developer settled a certain time or iteration from the iterations for the user interface
- one of Agile main uses is to support usability for the codes without re-building them like what FB, Google …. do
- it helps of avoid the problems of traditional waterfall model that doesn’t support the re-usability of codes without re-writing them
- it provides the highest quality in shortest time and it cares about customer values
